Calling all primary schools: Water City Music needs you

The inspirational and exciting charity is looking to recruit up to 60 primary schools across the UK to take part in their next special festive concert taking place this winter.

Every Summer, Water City Music organises a children’s music festival at the Tower of London. Last year, nearly 2,000 children took part.

When the crisis hit, the inspirational music charity and InvestMyCommunity fundraiser decided to form its first virtual choir.

It made national headlines in the press, Sky News and ITV News amongst others with its unique rendition of “With her head tucked underneath her arm”.

With the festive season fast approaching, the group has decided to repeat their earlier success. This time the charity is looking for 60 UK primary schools to get involved within their school bubbles.

The next song is the catchy and easy to learn festive classic, “Walking in a Winter Wonderland”. Guaranteed to put a seasonal smile on every child and adults face, all you need to take part is an inspirational teacher, some super-keen pupils, a laptop and some headphones. Every school that signs up to take part will receive all the instructions they need to get involved.

The final video will be posted on YouTube and distributed across social media as well as local and national print and broadcast media, so participating schools will have plenty of opportunities to share the video with their families and supporters.
