Chris Rose, Chief Executive Officer
Chris is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of InvestMyCommunity and its related companies. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and graduated from Henley Business School with an MBA in 2009.
Following 10 years at Scottish & Newcastle PLC, in 2005, Chris moved in to the technology sector where he enjoyed almost 10 years as the EMEA Commercial Director for the complex service divisions of two global blue-chip companies.
Before launching InvestMyCommunity, a longstanding entrepreneurial itch already needed to be scratched and in 2010 Chris bought a small loss-making retail business and successfully turned it around, growing it year on year until exiting in early 2020.
Michael Cordell, Chief Financial Officer
Michael is a Chartered Accountant with experience in large and SME environments across multiple sectors including technology, automotive, retail and advertising.
He has enjoyed senior roles including CEO, CFO and non-executive director. His experience spans business planning, general management, financial management, developing business culture, team building, fund raising, corporate finance, start-ups, M&A and disposals.
Julie Beale, Head of Client Management
Julie has a broad range of corporate fundraising and account management experience from in-house to top regional consultancies.
Her charitable project experience include instigating a fundraising programme over four years raising £1,000,000 to help with the research into the Meningitis C vaccine and working in the area of regular giving for a major at-home hospice care charity.
Prior to joining InvestMyCommunity, Julie ran her own small business after designing and bringing to market a novel concept in gingerbread house construction. Mum to two teenagers and helping out in the local community with shopping for the elderly, Julie also finds time for the odd wild swim and discussing the latest novel at book club.
Ivan Lloyd, Commercial Advisor
Ivan is Founder and CEO at Corporate Project Solutions (CPS) as well as Chief Executive Officer and Innovation Evangelist at edison365.
At CPS, he oversaw the company’s transformation from a niche project management supplier to become one of Microsoft’s key UK partners specialising in the Microsoft cloud platform.
Winner of three worldwide partner of the year awards from Microsoft and a top 10 Great Place to Work award, CPS has seen consistent YoY growth. In 2003 Ivan was appointed to Microsoft’s PPM Advisory board and provides input and insight to the Microsoft development teams in Redmond.
